Airport XAB is the newest service introduced by XAB. It aims to provide premium scheduled service for customers travelling to and from HK international airport from all locations in HK.
Our new taxi fleet with a large luggage compartment lets you travel to and from airport in style.

*The below fare is all inclusive of tunnel and bridge tolls. The travelling route, including the choice of tunnel, is subject to the sole discretion of XAB Management Hong Kong Limited.
*The below fare is inclusive of 4 large luggage (76cm x 48cm x 29cm) and 2 cabin luggage (48cm x 32cm x 18cm). Every extra piece of luggage will be charged HKD6 per piece.

Q. What types of vehicles are available for service?
Our vehicles are of the same model, Nissan NV200, which seats 4 passengers, plus a spacious trunk for luggage.
Q. How far in advance must I reserve this taxi service? You must place your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the required time of service.
Q. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed and a booking confirmation email will be sent to you WHEN:
1. You receive an acknowledgement email from us
(approx. 24 – 48 hours after your form submission, but no later than 24 hours prior to your flight)
2. You made your payment in full following the instructions provided in the acknowledgement email

Q. How can I pay for the taxi services?
You can either bank in to the account provided on our acknowledgement email or you can send us a PayMe eligible phone number which we will request for payment.
Q. Can I choose which tunnel to use for the ride?
The choice of which tunnel to use for the ride will be decided by our drivers according to the traffic conditions.
Q. Are there any charges that I need to be mindful of?
Please be advised that costs will apply for the below circumstances:
- HKD100 for pick-up between 00:00 – 06:00 hrs
- HKD50 for each en-route stopover
- For arrival pick-up, the maximum waiting period shall be 75 minutes from the flight’s actual landing time. Subject to the passenger’s consent, the waiting period can be extended from 76 minutes onwards for an additional fee of HKD200 per hour
Q. What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance before your required time of service. The full fare of the ride will be levied for any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or for no-show.

Please email us at email@example.com at least 24 hours in advance for amendment of the booking.
