Airport XAB is a service introduced by XAB tailored for travellers. It aims to provide premium scheduled service for customers travelling to and from HK international airport from all locations in HK.
Our taxi fleet consists of numerous large luggage compartment taxis that lets you travel to and from airport in style.

Q. What types of vehicles are available for service?
Our vehicles consists of Toyota Crown Comfort, Toyota Hybrid and Nissan NV200.
Q. How far in advance must I reserve this taxi service?
It is recommended to reserve at least 48 hours prior to the required time of service.
Q. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed and a booking confirmation email will be sent to you when a driver confirms your booking in App. The status will change to Confirmed and a notification will be sent. (We recommend users to turn on App Notification)

Q. How can I pay for the taxi services?
You can pay for the taxi service by credit card via our XAB App.
Q. Can I choose which tunnel to use for the ride?
You have a choice of tunnel selection when making a booking in XAB App.
Q. Are there any charges that I need to be mindful of?
Please be advised that costs will apply for the below circumstances:
- Cancellation and no-show charges. Please see details below.
- $50 for each en-route stopover
- Each piece of luggage in addition to the 4 luggages inclusive within our fare will be charged $6 per piece.
- For arrival pick-up, the maximum waiting period shall be 75 minutes from the flight’s actual landing time. Subject to the passenger’s consent, the waiting period can be extended from 76 minutes onwards for an additional fee of $200 per hour
Q. What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
The full fare of the ride will be levied for any cancellation less than 12 hours in advance or for no-show.
Q. How can I make amendment to my booking?
You can amend your booking directly with the driver once the booking is confirmed.
